New Study For T1D Patients with Hypoglycemia and used a CGM for at least 3 months

About The Study

Living with Type 1 Diabetes comes with its challenges, especially managing fluctuating blood sugar levels. If you’re experiencing frequent low blood sugar episodes, our study could be beneficial. We’re testing a new investigational Oral Pill Cadisegliatin, to improve sugar storage in your liver. Join us in evaluating its potential impact on reducing low blood sugar instances and lowering A1c levels.

To take part in the study, participants should be:

  • Type 1 Diabetes
  • Used a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) for at least 3 months
  • Insulin Pump or multiple daily insulin injections
  • Experience Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)

What Is a Study?

  • A clinical study helps advance the future of diabetes! Research patients try new meds or devices not yet available to the public, at no cost to them.
  • Research patients meet with a study coordinator and doctor multiple times to monitor them.
  • Each visit, patients are compensated for travel expenses.
  • Study patients must meet a list of criteria in order to be a part of a study.
  • A study can last anywhere from six months to a few years.
